Gently puff the powder onto wet card and watch the pigment disperse, use a wet brush or sprinkle onto a surface and mist with water for fantastic backgrounds for your card making, scrapbooking, art journalling and mixed media projects. You can also mix with water or glazes to create a shimmery paint or add to water in a spray bottle to create a shimmery mister!
