Shipping, Returns, Pre-Orders & Cancellations
We have FREE postage for all orders over £24.99 (excluding delivery cost) delivered within mainland UK. Orders under £24.99 have a nominal postage charge of £3.00, this currently covers the cost of a small parcel up to 2kg. Mainland UK is as defined by our courier Royal Mail.
We only ship outside the UK for certain areas and items, for Europe the charge is £15.00 and all other countries £20.00, this currently covers the cost of a large letter tracked and signed for up to 500 grams. Small parcels are more than this, if size or weight are more than a large letter or 500 grams, we will contact you to discuss.
Please note that we are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left us. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Placing an order on our site from overseas is subject to our acceptance. Shipping policies are subject to change without notice.
Shipments to the EU From 1st January 2021.
Shipments made to the EU from the UK are now undergoing customs clearance checks. There are different charges that may be incurred depending on the value of the goods purchased.
Loobi Crafts will not charge EU customers VAT from the 1st January 2021, the price excluding VAT will be shown in your shopping cart.
If there are additional charges to be paid for your order, including VAT, you may be contacted by the courier, in your country, who will require payment of the appropriate VAT and any admin fees, prior to the delivery of your goods. Loobi Crafts will not pay these charges.
Orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 working days, or sooner, (may vary in busy periods) and are sent Royal Mail Second Class Mail, delivery time is 2-3 working days. Overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail Air Mail, delivery time 3-10 working days depending on delivery country.
Please note that Royal Mail do not accept requests to leave packages with neighbours etc. We obtain proof of purchase for all orders dispatched, please allow 10 working days before contacting us by email in the event of a package not arriving.
Items ordered with Pre-Orders will be shipped together when pre-orders arrive, please place separate orders for stocking items if required immediately.
In the rare event of faulty goods being received, these must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us, in this event you must obtain compensation from the postal service involved. We recommend goods are returned by Recorded Delivery to ensure signed receipt. This does not affect your statutory rights. Packages leave Loobi Crafts in perfect condition, claims for damage to goods whilst in transit must be made to the carrier responsible - we recommend your taking a photograph of any damage to assist your claim.
By Law Policy
By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within 14 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you.
How to Cancel
To cancel your purchase during the 14 day cooling off period, please return the goods with the invoice that accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation". Please pack any unopened item securely. The goods should be back at Loobi Crafts within 17 working days of you receiving your order, we will calculate this as 20 working days from the date we posted the package to you. Any postage costs incurred in the return of unwanted goods is the customer's responsibility.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery or another insured service as we cannot re-imburse your account without receiving the items back first, in perfect condition.
Once the items have been returned and checked, only then will we credit your account. We will refund the purchase price of the returned item (excluding delivery charges) within 30 days of cancellation.
