Stamperia's Stardust metallic pigments are recommended for use on a surface primed with our Black and Matt Superbase, and with the help of our wax for better adhesion. It can be rubbed on the surface with your fingers or a cosmetic silicon to decorate, and any excess can be removed with a dry brush.
