Tim Holtz Distress® Collage Medium from Ranger Ink is a matte gel medium ideal for gluing, layering, and sealing mixed-media projects and more. Use a brush to apply directly on porous or non-porous surfaces including paper, chipboard, wood, fabric, glass, metal and plastic. Drying time will vary depending on amount applied. Dries translucent with a matte finish.
